Schedule Pick Up

Sixth Graders - Saturday August 15th, 2009 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Seventh and Eigth Graders - Thursday, August 13th, 2009 from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm.

Congratulations! Loggers’ Run Middle School has achieved an “A” rating from the Florida Department of Education for the 8th year in a row! You can learn more about school grades here.

Health Requirements for 2009/2010 School Year

Students entering 7th grade in August must have the following to attend:

  • A current physical documented within the last 12 months prior to the start date of the new school year. Note, any physical dated prior to August 18, 2008 will not be accepted. All physicals need to be documented on the Florida State form #DH3040.
  • Up to date immunizations. Students entering 7th grade must show proof of immunizations for the Hepatitis series, Tetanus/Diphtheria Booster, a 2nd dose of MMR Vaccine, and Varicella. The Varicella vaccine is not required if history of the disease is documented. Immunizations must be documented on the Florida State form # 680

Note that schedules will not be distributed without documented proof of the above physical and immunization requirements.
