Schedule Pick Up

Sixth Graders - Saturday August 16th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Seventh and Eigth Graders - Thursday, August 14th from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm.

SunTrust, Fundraiser Extended

Help support Loggers’ Run Middle School! Open a personal or business checking account by September 30th and SunTrust will donate $100 to our school. For more information call Susie Bresani at 561-470-3702. Thank you to SunTrust and our supporters; we received our first check in the amount of $2,000.

Congratulations! Loggers’ Run Middle School has achieved an “A” rating from the Florida Department of Education for the 7th year in a row! You can learn more about school grades here.

First Day of School

The first day of school for the 2008/2009 school year is: August 18th, 2008

Health Requirements for 2008/2009 School Year

Students entering 7th grade in August must have the following to attend:

  • A current physical documented within the last 12 months prior to the start date of the new school year. Note, any physical dated prior to August 18, 2007 will not be accepted. All physicals need to be documented on the Florida State form #DH3040.
  • Up to date immunizations. Students entering 7th grade must show proof of immunizations for the Hepatitis series, Tetanus/Diphtheria Booster, a 2nd dose of MMR Vaccine, and Varicella. The Varicella vaccine is not required if history of the disease is documented. Immunizations must be documented on the Florida State form # 680

Note that schedules will not be distributed without documented proof of the above physical and immunization requirements.
