Florida KidCare

Florida KidCare 

Through Florida KidCare, the state of Florida offers health insurance for children from birth through age 18, even if the child’s parent(s) are employed. Florida KidCare includes the following four different programs, and eligibility for each is based on age and family income:

- MediKids: uninsured children ages 1 through 4
- Healthy Kids: uninsured children ages 5 through 18.
- Children’s Medical Services Network: uninsured children birth through 18 who have special health care needs or ongoing medical conditions.
- Medicaid: children birth through 18. A child who has other health insurance may still qualify for Medicaid.

Family Matters Awareness

 West Boca High along with Spanish River High and Palm Beach Council will be hosting a discussion with Bob Stutman ( was seen on Oprah and  The Today Show) who discusses the world of substance abuse in our society and how you as parent’s  can do about it.  He will be at West Boca High on Tuesday January 15, 2013.

Halloween Dance

Due to Tropical Storm Sandy

The Halloween dance scheduled for Friday Oct 26th has been cancelled.
The dance has been rescheduled for Friday November 2nd. This will be Loggers’ Run 1st ever Fall Dance.
Picture retakes scheduled for Friday Oct 30th has been cancelled. The picture retake date is now Friday November 2nd.

The PTSA fun Friday dress in your costume day has been rescheduled for Tuesday October 30th.
